Given: Square inscribed in a circle with 10 unis diameter.
T0 solve it, follow the steps given below:

1 The diameter of a circle = 10 units
2 Remember: The diameter of a circle divides the inscribed square into two congruent right triangles.
3 Say s is the side of square.
4 Use Pythagorean theorem for the right triangle = s2 + s2 = 10^2. Now divide each side by 2.
5 2s^2 = 100
Therefore,s^2 = 50
6 Area of the square, s2 = 50, is the final answer.
