English: Hello! How are you? I am sure you come really motivated to learn new things, then let’s go to learn new words. Listen!
Spanish: ¡Hola! ¿Cómo estás? Estoy seguro que vienes realmente motivado a aprender cosas nuevas, entonces vamos ahora a aprender nuevas palabras. ¡Escucha!
English: When I come to my office, I usually come to read and to prepare the new material that I have for you!
Spanish: Cuando vengo a mi oficina usualmente vengo a leer y preparar el nuevo material que tengo para tí!
English: As you can see, here in my office I have my Spanish book. I also have my notebook and I have my pen.
Spanish: Como puedes ver, aquí en mi oficina yo tengo mi libro de español. Tengo también mi libreta de apuntes y tengo mi bolígrafo.
English: Every day I come here in the morning to prepare the lessons.
Spanish: Todos los días vengo aquí por la mañana para preparar las lecciones.
English: Now, I’m going to ask you few questions, is that OK?
Spanish: Ahora, voy a hacerte algunas preguntas, ¿está bien?
English: Do you have a Spanish textbook?
Spanish: ¿Tienes tú un libro de texto en español?
English: Do you have a pen and a computer?
Spanish: ¿Tienes un bolígrafo y una computadora?
English: Finally, a very important question, Do you have a cup of coffee or a refreshment with you while you study the lesson?

English: Now pay attention to this. Every day I come directly from my house to the office. And you? Do you come from your school or office directly to your home?

English: Also, I always come to my office to read and answer my e-mails. How about you?
