9x4 + 18x3 + 27x2

Let's equate it to 0.
9x4 + 18x3 + 27x2 = 0
9x2(x2 + 2x + 3) = 0
9x2 = 0 or x2 + 2x + 3 = 0

9x2= 0
x = 0,0

Now,
x2 + 2x + 3 = 0
As it cannot be factored, use quadratic formula.
By quadratic formula x = -1 + sqrt(2)i, -1 – sqrt(2)i.

So x = 0, -1 + sqrt(2)i, -1 – sqrt(2)i.
