Angle(theta) = s * 360/2(pi)r
where 's' is the length of the subtended arc
'r' is the radius of the circle
'Theta' is an angle subtended at the center of the circle.
Example:Let the radius of the circle is 10 cm and the subtended arc length is 15. 7 cm. Then the angle A is
A = 15.7 * 360/2(3.142)10
A = 90 degree
